What It Is?

Who It Helps?
•Individuals experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges.
•Those who don’t require 24/7 hospitalization but still need daily therapeutic support.
•People who have recently been discharged from a hospital and need continued care. •Clients who need help stabilizing before symptoms become overwhelming.
What to Expect in PHP?
•Daily Therapeutic Groups: Evidence-based group therapy sessions focusing on coping skills, relapse prevention, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
•Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions with licensed clinicians to address personal challenges and set treatment goals.
•Medication Management: Access to psychiatric evaluations, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments by qualified prescribers.
•Holistic Support: Activities that encourage wellness, structure, and confidence(stress management, lifestyle coaching, relapse prevention).
•Treatment Duration: Typically runs4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week.

As a dedicated Nonprofit 501(c)(3), Trail of the Gifted Inc. is focused on bridging the gap between crisis and long-term stability. Our services are referral-based and centered on empowerment and advocacy for those who need it most.
